Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Cookie Mookie. Our cookies are homemade in small batches in Glendale, CA using fresh ingredients and no preservatives. Because our products are perishable, we take special care in packaging and shipping to help ensure freshness and quality upon arrival.
Shipping Area
At this time, we only ship within California.
We do not currently offer international shipping or shipping outside California.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Because all products are made fresh to order, processing times may vary during:
- holidays,
- high-volume periods,
- extreme weather conditions,
- or special product launches.
Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once an order has been shipped.
Shipping Days
To help maintain freshness and reduce the risk of delays over weekends, orders may be shipped Monday through Wednesday only.
Orders placed later in the week may be processed the following business week.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- weather,
- carrier disruptions,
- holidays,
- or other factors outside our control.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and transit conditions are outside our control.
Freshness/storage recommendation
For best freshness and quality, we recommend enjoying cookies shortly after delivery and storing them in an airtight container at room temperature unless otherwise instructed.
Warm Weather & Product Condition
Our cookies are made without preservatives and may be sensitive to heat during transit.
During warm weather, products containing chocolate, buttercream, fillings, or other temperature-sensitive ingredients may soften or melt.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping perishable baked goods.
We recommend:
- tracking packages closely,
- bringing packages indoors immediately after delivery,
- and avoiding leaving packages outside in direct sunlight or heat.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers,
- lost packages due to address errors,
- or delays caused by incomplete shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking shows a package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes or theft claims.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number,
- photos of the packaging and products,
- and a description of the issue.
We review claims individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
