At Cookie Mookie, every batch of cookies is homemade and baked fresh without preservatives to ensure the highest quality and flavor. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

No Returns

Because our cookies are food products made fresh to order and are perishable, all sales are final. Returned food items cannot be restocked or resold for health and safety reasons.

We therefore do not accept:

Returns
Exchanges
Cancellations once production has begun or the order has shipped

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives:

damaged,
incorrect, or
incomplete,

please contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

To help us review the issue, please include:

your order number,
photos of the package and products,
and a brief description of the issue.

After review, we may, at our discretion:

issue a replacement,
provide store credit,
or issue a refund for the affected items.

Once tracking shows a package as delivered, Cookie Mookie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We reserve the right to deny claims that are fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported by evidence.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

carriers,
weather conditions,
incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers,
or other circumstances beyond our control.

Because our cookies are made without preservatives, customers are encouraged to track shipments promptly and bring packages indoors immediately after delivery.
